• Nagar Nigam may suspend accounts for security reasons

3. Payment Terms

• Service charges (if any) are non-refundable

• Payment receipts should be retained for records

• Use the portal for illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack or disrupt services

• Reverse engineer portal components

5. Intellectual Property

• All portal content is property of Nagar Nigam Aligarh
• Marmelos Technologies owns the software platform
• Unauthorized use of trademarks is prohibited

6. Limitation of Liability

Nagar Nigam Aligarh shall not be liable for:

• Technical failures beyond reasonable control
• Consequential damages from portal use
• Errors in third-party payment gateways
• User negligence in account security

7. Modifications

• Terms may be updated periodically
• Continued use constitutes acceptance
• Material changes will be notified via email

8. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by Indian law
• Disputes subject to Aligarh jurisdiction
• IT Act, 2000 and DPDPA, 2023 apply
